I am in Pars - Jack Panzica - 01.10.2012

I am off to Versailles to play tourist. However here are some pictures from the Island D' Oleron on the west coast of France near La Rochelle. I stayed with Alec and his lovely wife Michele.

I am in Bayeux - Jack Panzica - 03.10.2012

I was a bit emotional after Normandy beaches and thought it best to stop driving for the day. Wonderful old city with a rich French history.

Ich war ein bisschen emotional, nachdem Stränden der Normandie und dachte es am besten, aufhören zu fahren für den Tag. Wunderschöne alte Stadt mit einer reichen Französisch Geschichte.

Corvette Club de France - Jack Panzica - 03.10.2012

I was guest of honor at a Corvette Club of France Rallye in Brittany last weekend. More than 50 Corvettes and over 100 people enjoyed a wonderful weekend along the Brittany coast. We started in Erguy and visited a few castles and old cities . Cap Frehel light house, Fort la Latte and Dinard et Saint-Malo and the old city of Lanvallay.

Travel Update - Jack Panzica - 07.10.2012

Here is my schedule as I know it. It is very aggressive and I hope I can survive the ride.

Sat. 7th. I am in Knokke Hiest now for Zoute Car show rally.

8th, Molenlei , Akersloot Netherlands Sunday for NCRS barn find and being guest of honor at meeting.

9th Amsterdam, 10th Belgium

11th Rudd 6641GV Beuningen (Gld) Netherlands

12 th or 13th Arno or both Germany

14th Hamburg Germany

15th to 17th Stockholm Sweden 600 miles
18th Travel ?
19th - 22 Helsinki Tampere,

23 to 24 Oslo

25-26 Car drop off I hope

I can not promise any further north as I see it is snowing or freezing already,

I am sorry if I miss some of you as this trip has been more then expected in travel and time and stress.

A funny thing happen in Belgium - Jack Panzica - 09.10.2012

I was fortunate to be invited to spend the weekend by my host Alexander Van De Rostyne in Knokke Heist. It is a resort town on the northern coast of Belgium. The Zoute Rally 2012 was being held there . It is a rally that cost about $4,000 to enter your car. Many cars entered had values over $1,000,000 including many Bugatti's, Bentley's , RR, etc.

On Thursday I hit the roadhouse. It should be fun , based on what I am told.
