Dear Jurg,
I am sorry for all the confusion. Originally I was told that the side yoke had been
omitted from shipping and that the shipping would pack and ship directly to you.
So, when I got calls for updates...it appeared to me that the part had shipped.
Now finding out that it had not is upsetting. I have taken this to management
and the side yoke is to leave no later than tomorrow via Federal Express at our cost.
