Super Jochen
Damit hast Du mir sehr geholfen.
"A stock LT5 operates well on 92 octane fuel. With 92 octane the knock
limit is at about 32 degrees of ignition advance. As ignition advance is
removed power goes up. At about 30 degrees the knocking will stop and
power will be up about 4 hp from what it was at 32 degrees. Going to 28
degrees usually produces about 2 more hp from what it was at 30 degrees.
This means that the LT5 is not knock limited. It is combustion burn
time limited, which is not effected by octane. There is no power to be
gained with fuel over 92 octane."
