Ich weiß schon lange, dass eine "Flatrate" Ausnahmen, Grenzen, etc. hat - also einfach nichts als ein leeres Versprechen ist

Eine volle Kasko hat also auch Grenzen, Ausnahmen, Optionen, etc. - wobei das dann eigentlich nur eine fast volle Kasko ist .
Womöglich sind das diese "All risk"-Verträge? Aber das Wörtchen "All" (das bedeutet außerhalb von Versicherungsverträgen "komplett", umfassend", "100prozentig", ...) hat man sicher auch irgendwie passgenau eingeschränkt .
